An educational policy from admission to job allocation needs to framed for apprentices. The roadmap will attract the common people. The skill based education will have to be introduced alongwith application of such skills in real life scenario. Plumbing as an example is an area where common people need frequent services. The apprentice school will create plumbers who can serve the nation . Likewise electricians masons carpenters TV technicians will all serve the communities from such schools.

1. It is right time to bring all apprentices presently monitored by NAPS & NATS under one umbrella i.e under MSDE. 2. The present system is running smoothly without intervention of middle man, therefore do not bring the third party agencies in to the scheme. As we know that NEEM scheme is collapsed due to involvement of Third parties 3. The online portal should be made user-friendly & the claims procedure should be made simple to attract the industries for engaging the apprentices.

Two department's are running program NAPS and NATS under apprenticeship act, also has provisions to incentive to the organization who are engaging apprentice. But there is no any timeline to release the incentive to organization. There should be clear time line to appropriate authority to release incentive under the Act.
