The general public/stakeholder is hereby informed that the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) invites comments/suggestions on the amendment in “Apprentices Act,1961” with an objective to enhance the apprenticeship opportunities for youth.

Any person/stakeholder desirous of sending their comments/suggestions may do so through e-mail at anita.sriv@nic.in within thirty working days from the date of publication of the details of the invite.

मेरे विचार से सरकार को वैक्सीन लगाने के लिए विदेशी कंपनी की वैक्सीन को भारतीय बाजार में उतारना चाहिए इससे भारत में एक समूह जोकि वैक्सीन खरीद कर लगवा सकता है तथा किसी भी आधार पर वैक्सीन जल्द से जल्द लगवाना चाहता है वह इन विदेशी व्यक्ति को लगवा सकते हैं इससे भारत में वैक्सिंन की कमी तथा वैक्सीनेशन के लक्ष्य को प्राप्त तथा तेज गति प्रदान कर सकते हैं इससे भारत में कोरोनावायरस को रोकने में तथा मृत्यु दर कम करने में बहुत बड़ी भूमिका निभा सकता है भारत में गरीबों को जल्द से जल्द टीका मिल जाएगा

We need a lot of skilled manpower in the core areas of Education & Healthcare , young talent who has academic knowledge but not experience , can be used very effectively. The apprenticeship act should be made very attractive for all sides so as to encourage getting young talent trained on job faster & better.

हर मनूष्य को टेक्निकल नाॅलेज हो कक्षा 8से हर गाव तहसील जिला जहा जैसी सुविधा हो दुकान फॅक्टरी हर तरफ कार्य की महत्व के साथ शिखना आखरी शिक्षा तक अनुसंधान तेज हो जो अंतराष्टीय market मे भारत की हर टेक्निकल वस्तू एंव सेवा सबसे सस्ते हो भारत देश सबसे श्रेष्ठ देश बनाने का मार्ग हो ऐसी नीती हो शाररीक श्रम हो या बौद्धीक समान वेतन व्यवस्थित हो समानता सर्वांगीण लाने हेतू नैतिक जो मनूष्य हम धरती के सफर पर है सबका हित मे हम मनूष्य का हित है ऐसी सूधार हो यह अपेक्षित

(1)Apprenticeship Exchange should be Established in State and District level. (2) Candidates Should Register their Qualifications both Technical And non technical. (3) A DataBank made Available (4)Industries And other Institutions can give Apprenticeship (5)This will consider experience for temporary or permanent posting

Apprenticeship should be made mandatory. Financially attractive. Evaluation of performance by both internal and external agencies to be implemented.

There is a gap between academics and industry which needs to be bridged. . Hence apprentice stipend should increase from the present rate to a fairly reasonable rate so that the trainee can have a fair living standard eg: Rs.20000/-. Also the recruitment should be based on the skills and evaluation done during the period of apprenticeship which should be evaluated both internally and externally.The amount of stipend to be given by the corporate entity and necessary tax concessions could be given
