The stipend provided for apprenticeship should be given according to the amount of work they do. It is a demotivating factor if they do more work and earn less stipend. This needs to be updated.

please first of all make students aware of what is apparantice ..and how it is useful....due to lack of knowledge students don't do it. please involve private sector in it.. but there should be proper regulations and monitoring so that employees are not misused... single window should be made for the employees of Pvt sector where he can file complaint .. minimum wage and working time and vacations should be regulated..Humans are not machine

Two options are All pvt sectors first should complete campus recruitments before stipulated month of every year. after that, Govt should select students for apprentice only on merit not under reservation quota. this gives motivation to students to concentrate on studies since no fear of unemployment under job guaranteed scheme. those not selected still should have option for soldiers recruitments. addition to that self employment platform, opportunities for modern agriculture skill developments

At this platform all students have to come without any reservation, cast or any other benefits. Here they have to prove their self for future and abilities to work n go further to build One Nation.

देश के युवा और बच्चों को अभी टीनएजर्स है उन्हें मोबाईल का सदुपयोग बताये मोबाईल में बच्चे ज्ञानवर्धक विडिओ यू ट्यूब में देखे अपनी स्किल को कैसे डेवलप करे कैसे आगे बढे अपनी पढ़ाई के ओर ज्ञान को अर्जित करने के नए नए तरीक़े सीखे न कि मोबाईल में टिकटोक टाइप विडिओ या फेसबुक इंस्टाग्राम चलाये यह बात बच्चो समझाना बहुत जरूरी वह अपने जीवन का यह अनमोल समय इस तरह से नही व्यर्थ करे गूगल बहुत जानकारी उन्हें यह अब बताये मोबाइल को मनोरंजन के लिये अपनी स्किल डेवलप करने के लिये प्रयोग में लाये
