First of all it should be made compulsory that all electronic Goods last for at least 10 years. Manufacturer should give warranty of 10 years. secondly like vehicle once warranty of 10 years complete get it repaired and extend warranty for 5 more years if at all it is running then extend for 3 more years. this way one product will run for almost 18 years and Will be less electronic waste

Exchange of old devices at the time of new purchases should be encouraged or incentivised. The companies can reuse or recycle these old/ discarded electronic waste.

recycling is the open option but they are very scattered ways to get recycled.
my opinion on this point is make goverment collaboration with the company's whom the actual product belongs and get a main hub where the expert or technician can get reviewed and check to get the good parts from the device that might be used by the company again, where else an online platform can be prepared to get e waste in return to the customer with points scoring number revert back the gift item.
