Dear Sir, Our earth has got lots positive energy and studies have revealed that earthing -walking bear foot on the mud (earth way) improves the electrical activity in the brain , grounding benefits the skin conductivity, moderate heart rate variability, improves glucose regulation, reduces stress and boosts immunity. Especially diabetes can be totally avoided if one makes an habit of walking bear foot on the mud pathway. This is why farm community in rural areas are hardly attacked by diabetes.

Mere piyare PM, Hamare desh main bikharee bahoot hain khas kar stations par bahoot milte hain, jo ki umra main bhi bade hote hain, unhe log paise bhi bahoot dete hain. Mujhe yeh kahna hai kiyoon na har district/city/zila/(name of particular area any) like Thane main ek jagh par garibbon/fakiroon ke liya do time khane ka bandobast karna chahiye aur logoon ko us shahar ke ek khate main paise dalne ko kahen, aur uspe unko tax ki choot den. plz aap beghar aur jo na kama saken un par diyan de.

Dear sir mai pahle apko thanks kahna chahta hu ki apne aam nagriko ke hit me sidhe pm se bat krne ka soubhagya prapt hua.... subject- mai bas ye kahna chatha hu ki aj hamare samvidhan me kuch changes krne ki jarurt h. kisi v state me koi v election me jo ki minister level ka ho usme uski minimum education greaute honi chaiye.

to the erratic youth who have been playing in kashmir valley. This act of gandhigiri may work for us. Even we can donate blood to the innocent public who have been brutally killed every now and then in the terror attacks in pakistan.

Dear Sir, In 2010 when there was severe unrest b/w Israel & Palastina Saatchi & Saatchi conceived an idea from the participants who have participated in the Cannes Advertising Festival,2010. The winning idea was donation of blood from the citizens of the two countries to each other country. This idea worked brilliantly to at least to minimise the unrest. We can also do the similar activity by the voluntary donation of blood collected from children of defence people / normal citizens

Mere piyare PM.yeh khat pahile ka likha hai dt,15-8-2016.jab maine aapka sandesh lal kile se se dekha.Sandesh ke baad maine dekha ki aap bachoon se milte ho bade piyar se.par mujhe yeh kahna hai jo bache itne aapke nazdeek baithte hain,programme karte hain aur kuchh na kuchh sandesh dete hue dikhte hain un pachon ke liye/ko aap sandesh main kuchh nahin kahte.Mujhe yeh kahna hai ki desh ke sandesh ke bad bacho main utsh/aage badne ka josh aur achhe aaditen aur achhe guno ko dharan karne ke liye k
