You have been igniting minds in the country with Mann ki baat. A brilliant initiative.
As your motto is, Sab ka saath, sab ka vikas, please do peep into the lives of LGBTIQH individuals, stigmatised by a law imposed by the British-IPC 377 importing homophobia in India which has been historically pluralistic. Please do speak about the necessity to give freedom to 10-15% of Indian population - the LGBTIQH individuals, which are yet following a rule from British Raj. Amend 377. Lead the change.

Dear Prime Minister Sir
Cleanliness should start from home. Swach Bharat abhiyan is the greatest move ever taken by a PM to Clean India.
I suggest that each child should demand from their parents for a clean environment.
They should ask for clean toilet, wash rooms at there home from parents.
They should ask the teachers for clean classrooms , environment ,clean toilets.
Make good habits as way of living. What we are going to earn a clean India in present and forever.

In your Mann Ki Baat, we want to hear from you, about restoring human rights to India’s gay+lesbian citizens, by reading down the colonial era IPC Section 377.
After a long time, India has a charismatic PM, leading from the front to influence public opinion. Swach Bharat, Beti Bachao, LPG Subsidy have been successful due to your leadership.
We want you to lead India to change its mindset and right this wrong.
India, the world’s largest democracy, needs to come on the right side of history.

Major hurdle in swach city abhiyan is of unused plots/buildings where citizens around scatter kachra/kuda/rabbit and all sort of shopkeeoers throwaway their packing material. This may be the situation throughout India. Prime Minister's appeal not to throw such form of dirt and suggesting owners to get closed these areas will help a lot.
