To achieve housing for all target, govt. should come up with dynamic pricing on registration & house property tax... Eg. If one person buys one property in one district/city, he will pay normal tax. If he buys 2nd one in same place, he should pay 2 times tax amt, if he buys 3rd then 4 times tax... This will keep fair play in mkt & property price will be in control so that poor can buy it... If not then, then rich people will keep on buying property even in govt. schemes like MAHADA in Mumbai.

respected modi sir, We are waiting when will 370 remove from J&K.You had said in 2014 when I become PM 370 will remove and all kasmiri pandit can return in his home.

Dear Modi Sir, i want to suggest to implement the policy not to take the employees on contractual role in Central Govt. offices / PSU / Govt. undertaking bodies (Autonomous) and the employees working on contract should be permanent. this will help for better stability in organisation and motivate the employees for work dedicately and sincerely. पुरे देश के गांवों में घरों,दुकानों ,पम्पिंगसेटओ एवं कल कारखानों में हमेसा 24 घण्टे बल्ब ऑन रहता है ,इसलिए की कब बिजली आयेगी। प्रधानमंत्री जी यदि आप मन की बात के माध्यम सेजनता से अपील करेंगे तो लोग 0वाट का बल्ब लगाएंगे अथवा डीपी से विजली आने का पता लग जायेगे ।इससे बिजली की बहुत बचत होगी। समशेर सिंह मड़ियाहूं , जौनपुर ,उत्तर प्रदेश

respected modi sir, I want to say that all facilities which is provide to pakistan such as-samjhauta express,buses,airlines etc,should be fully blocked.they use this facilities to produce terrorism.And most important all pakistaani artist who is living in india from a long period please say that they go to paakistan ,so that many opportunity can offer my artist.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, पाकिस्तान और चीन के साथ पैदा होते जंग के माहौल के मद्देनजर हमारी सैना को अत्यधिक आधुनिक हथियारों की जल्द आवश्यकता है। सैना के लिए हथियार खरीदने हेतु मैं अपने वेतन से हर महीने अपनी रिटायरमेंट तक 500 रुपय दान देना चाहता हूँ। आपसे अनुरोध है कि एक ऐसे बैंक खाते की घोषणा करें जिसमें देश का हर नागरिक स्वेच्छा से हर महीने देश हित में कुछ न कुछ दान दे सके। दान राशि हर माह सैलरी से अपने आप कट जाए तथा जमा की गई सालाना राशि पर टैक्स रिबेट मिल जाए।

To Inspire/Motivate sportspersons, many Govts. are giving cash awards to the achievers /sportspersons/participants, etc. Pls instruct BJP Govts/State Govts. to at least allocate 25% of the awards so announced to Respective State Sports Academy/Sports Clubs, etc. so that these Sports Academies can give more facilities/equipments & by this way many more SINDHUs, SAKSHIs, DIPA KARMAKARs, ABHINAV BHINDRAs, etc. CAN BE PRODUCED.

Dear prime minister, i travel a lot across india... what i have been noticed people through garbage from windows of Buses and Trains... which is exploition of "Swachchh bharat abhiyan", that seems unpleasant .... then could you please appeal "keep the garbage yourself and dump it up at your Destination"..would be really helpful

Respected Sir, I have to submit some suggestions for IDS. 1. Interest free bonds of full value may be issued for disclosure having a lock in period which may be 5 years. 2. These bonds may be pledged as security of loan. This will provide liquid money in the market. 3. All the black money will be in the hands of govt. 4. The govt will enjoy the int.free money and the public shall not be burdened for tax. 5. I think it is more beneficial for the govt & public.
