Respected Prime minister Modi Ji, we send our team for olympics which was not proven the best. Only few players were able to perform good. Big Big players were not able to perform. Some players were not able to concentrate due to unwanted issues. My suggestion is kindly make a new system to search the talent of sports in transparent manner. For example selection may be done with live telecast like dance india dance etc TV programmes. For gymnastic , swimming etc. we have talent in our villages

Sports ministry - A total revamp is required. Dissolve all federations - they have become a family business - and get sportspersons involved and part of the management of sports. Structured sports in schools and colleges - hire veterans to work in schools to teach sports and fitness and to promote various games. Remove bureaucrats and politicians from sport federations and if federations do not bring in a number of medals they should all be fired. Performance is the only mantra.

- Swachh bharat - a word to the municipal workers on how they make a difference to the project and how their non compliance brings disgrace to the country. - Time for people to perform or get out in govt jobs. Public sector needs to pull up their socks and perform and prove that they deserve the salaries they earn. This would send a strong message that work is worship don't misuse it. -

- Cover the relief efforts - most of India has suffered floods in the last 3 months - and what are the plans that are being put in place to deal with such contingencies. A lot of the problem is the sand mafia, illegal mining, desilting, illegal construction etc. and this would be a great platform to tell people that their actions will lead to more destruction if they do not stop right away. - Plans to revamp the sports ministry and a tough message that if they do not deliver they will be fired.

#mygov
