मान्यवर बिहार सरकार की एक अच्छी निती अमल मैं लाई जाने वाली हैं ठजिस निती को पुरे भारतवर्ष अमल में लाकर कार्य निवीदा निष्पादन मैं पारर्दशीता लाई जा सकती हैं और जो बेरोजगार इस प्रक्रिया में शामील होना चाहेगा उन्हें कार्य मिलने मे कठनाई नही होगी साथही नए संवेदक को भी कार्य प्राप्त हो सकेगा इसलिए मान्यवर से आग्रह है की उक्त निती को को कानुनी रूप से पुरे भारत वर्ष में लागु करवाने की पहल की जाए।निती देखने हैतु लिंक को देखने की कृपा की जाए मान्यवर।

Pay option and one time option both should be there so that
In every honest citizen will pay the amount and if some one
Is not having the one time amount then what a person do
Will he stop the business or suicide or what a person do Boone

Due to severe water crisis Karnataka Govt is now mulling a moratorium on construction of new apartments in the city for the next five years. It's a great step taking by Karnataka govt. Might be huge constructions in cities continuously there is chance to decreasing ground level waters. Chennai is also facing severe water crisis past two months.
central govt. to pass on such kind of instructions across PAN India ban on new constructions where facing severe water crisis issues.

मान्यवर, मेरा निवेदन है कि, केंद्र एवं राज्य सरकार पौधे तो रोपित करा देती है, मगर वो पौधे बड़े हुए या नहीं यह कोई नहीं देखता और वो सूख जाते है. जिससे सरकारी मद एवं श्रम दोनों को बहुत नुकसान होता है. अतएव इस पर विचार करना चाहिए

हमारे देश की एक ही problem जो poor public को ऊपर उठने नहीं देती।
वो है - (Prize Rate and knowledge.)
example- जब कोई व्यक्ति किसी बस्तु को खरीदने जाता है । तो shopkeeper उसे तीन दामों मे बस्तु को बेच सकता है।
like that - { prize Rate पर & Price Rate से नीचे और अगर दुकान दार को मुनाफा जयादा कमाना हो तो Price Rate से ऊपर }, देता है
पता है क्यों , कयोंकि public को इस की knowledge नही है
कया india मे बस्तु का ficks Rate नही हो सकता।
for example -(दबाईया)मे जयादा।

मान्यवर, मेरा निवेदन है कि नयी शिक्षा नीति में एक और बिंदु को सम्मिलित किया जाये, वो ये है कि अब से हर छात्र को डिग्री प्रदान करने से पूर्व कम से कम 6 -"फलदार " वृक्ष रोपित कराये जाये.
