V. JOHAN DHANAKUMAR CHENNAI Most Respected PMJI VANAKKAM 1) Water ATMs can be set up in drought prone villages. Every household can be issued a Digital Card to draw 20 litres of potable water per day for a nominal amount. 2) Differently abled and Transgender people can be given placements by Civic bodies in Waste processing units. The Manure produced by them can be sold to government and private entities. Many people will be employed and generate significant revenue to civic bodies.

for effectiveness of the mann ki baat, govt must provide translated man ki baat in regional languages with the option of hindi and regional language so that the reach of PMs vision become accessible to the common man.

V. JOHAN DHANAKUMAR CHENNAI Most Respected PMJI VANAKKAM. 1) Physically Handicapped candidates may be extended reservation in education and govt. jobs on par with SC and ST candidates. The Delhi High Court had already delivered a judgement in this regard in 2017. The Apex court has also upheld the judgement. 2) Poor families in rural areas can be given milch cattle and poultry . This will enable them to supplement their income and improve their quality of life.

On this constitution day Nov 26, India can shift to a Jan to Dec financial year, by making calendar year & get aligned with develop countries Currently 156 countries follow January to December & 33 countries follow April to March financial year. This is the best chance as 31st dec 2020 is the last day date of Submitting financial returns .,Economists also believe Jan-to-Dec financial year will be a good step for the country. 1 Nation 1 constitution 1 Tax in 1 Calendar fiscal Year in One India

Namaskaragalu My Beloved Namoji, Thanks for your initiative in giving Rs. 150000/- rebate in income tax for the interest paid towards Electric Car loan.To encourage people to buy Electric Vehicle kindly arrange to give rebate in road toll charges and to allow vehicle in VIP Lane, This will attract people to use Electric vehicle.
