cont... if this scenario continue of lockdown for more then month then consider mass shutdown and Bankruptcy as immediate. In this situation we are looking at unemployment in 25-40% range conservatively. It's time government prepares for this situation as it may be inevitable. This also underscores need for labor reform and unemployment benefits reform required long due in India. God help us all if this come to reality.

करोना हारेगा देश जीतेगा कुछ नियम हम सब को अपनाने पड़ेंगे। 1 मै घर से बाहर नहीं जाऊंगा (जब तक अती आवश्यक नहीं हो) 2 मै अपना घर साफ सुथरा सनेटाइच करूंगा। 3 मै अपवाह को फैलने नहीं दूंगा। 4 मै अपना काम घर से वर्क फ्रोम होम से ही करूंगा। 5 मै मुश्किल समय में गरीबों की मदद करूंगा। 6 मै करोना पीड़ित की सूचना पुलिस को दूंगा। 7 मै प्रशासन के सभी नियमों का पालन करूंगा। 8 मै कोई भी गलत काम नहीं करूंगा। 9 मै करोना को हराने मदद करूंगा। 10 मै घर पर रहकर देश सेवा का ये काम करूंगा।

cont..if government thinks offering them working capital from bank will solve issue then government is wrong! MSMEs are already on hole with loans and overhead with no demand and work on top you offer them loan then most will not take it as it's stupidity and not logical neither pragmatic for them on top you order to not stop salaries! Most will choose to shut shop or file liquidation or bankruptcy if they do that then government will be powerless to stop it so it's not solution.

it is time government prepares for time after it removes lockdown as if this lasts for more then 1 month you are looking at nearly 40% MSMEs filing for bankruptcy or shutting down as MSME are currently facing onslaught from ecommerce, dumping from abroad, smuggling from abroad to add to issue overheads of rent, electricity and bank loan EMI are constants on top of it low demand. if you add issue of paying labor as well when not working then most firms will shut down or file for bankruptcy.
