PM Narendra Modi looks forward to sharing his thoughts on themes and issues that matter to you. The Prime Minister invites you to share your ideas on topics he should address on the 63rd Episode of Mann Ki Baat.

Send us your suggestions on the themes or issues you want the Prime Minister to speak about in the upcoming Mann Ki Baat episode. एक बार जब हम मातृभाषा में शिक्षण के लिए तैयार होते हैं, तो परिवार अपने बच्चे की शिक्षा के साथ जुड़ने के लिए अधिक सशक्त होंगे, जो कि बच्चे, परिवार और समाज के विकास के लिए अच्छा है। अंत में, स्कूल में शुरुआती वर्षों से अंग्रेजी का उपयोग इस गिरावट को दर्शाता है कि अंग्रेजी भाषा और पश्चिमी संस्कृति हमारी मूल भाषा और संस्कृति से बेहतर हैं.

स्कूलों को मातृभाषा का उपयोग क्यों करना चाहिए। सबसे महत्वपूर्ण कारण यह है कि हमारी भाषाओं में समृद्ध साहित्य और संस्कृति है, जो अगली पीढ़ी को विरासत में मिलने के योग्य है, और यह उनके लिए एक अन्याय होगा यदि हम उन्हें आगे नहीं बढ़ाएंगे। दूसरा, किसी को भी माता-पिता की तुलना में बच्चे की अधिक परवाह नहीं है, लेकिन वर्तमान प्रणाली में माता-पिता बच्चे की शिक्षा में भाग लेने में सक्षम नहीं हैं क्योंकि अधिकांश लोग अंग्रेजी नहीं जानते हैं।

बच्चों को खिलने और सीखने का आनंद लेने के लिए, सबसे बुनियादी जरूरत एक जलवायु है जिसमें वे स्वतंत्र रूप से एक-दूसरे के साथ और शिक्षकों के साथ बातचीत कर सकते हैं। स्कूल के शुरुआती वर्षों में, अधिकांश बच्चे केवल एक ही भाषा में धाराप्रवाह बोलते है हैं और वह है उनकी मातृभाषा। इसलिए, यदि हम चाहते हैं कि बच्चा यह समझे कि हम क्या सिखाते हैं, तो शिक्षा और शिक्षा के माध्यम के रूप में उस भाषा का उपयोग करने के अलावा कोई विकल्प नहीं है।

इसी से अंदाजा लगा सकते हैं कि हम किस तरफ जा रहे हैं? अब मैं हैरान था कि अधिकांश छात्रों को जब बुनियादी बातों का ही पता नहीं है तो क्या शिक्षण कार्य हो रहा है? हमारे समझ से स्कूलों को एक ऐसी शिक्षा प्रदान करनी चाहिए जो बच्चों के आत्मविश्वास को पैदा करे, जिज्ञासा और रचनात्मकता को जन्म दे और बुद्धि को तेज करे, जिससे समाज में समृद्ध और प्रबुद्ध जीवन का मार्ग प्रशस्त होता है। क्या स्कूल इस अपेक्षा को पूरा कर रहे हैं?

लेकिन कुछ निजी विद्यालयों में मैंने जाकर देखा तो स्थिति आश्चर्यजनक थी. जमीनी हकीकत कुछ और थी. कक्षा आठवीं से दसवीं तक के बच्चे संसद तथा विधानसभा के अंतर को नहीं बता सके. साथ ही साथ विधायक तथा सांसद में फर्क को भी नहीं बता सके. जबकि पिछले साल ही लोकसभा तथा विधानसभा के चुनाव हुए थे. स्थिति तो भयावह तब लगी जब भारत के प्रधानमंत्री तथा राष्ट्रपति में अंतर को भी माध्यमिक कक्षाओं में पढने वाले बच्चे नहीं बता सके. एक जगह तो शिक्षक दिवस मनाने का कारण शिक्षकों को उपहार में ‘कलम’ देना बताया गया.

आज जहाँ एक ओर हमारे देश में सरकारी विद्यालयों की स्थिति दयनीय है वहीँ दूसरी ओर निजी विद्यालयों में प्रवेश पाने के लिए भीड़ लगी है. माता-पिता किसी प्रकार से अपने बच्चों का नामांकन निजी विद्यालयों में कराना चाहते हैं. नन्हें-मुन्ने बच्चों से ‘हाथी’ तथा ‘कुत्ते’ की अंग्रेजी को बुलवाकर माता-पिता इतने प्रसन्न होते हैं जैसे लगता है कि उन्हें कुबेर का खजाना मिल गया हो. टाई तथा कोट लगाकर बच्चे भी स्मार्ट दीखते हैं तथा माता-पिता को लगता है कि उनके बच्चे को पढ़ना-लिखना आ गया.

Dear sir, my idea is related to the covid-19, As we can see the situation is not under control so related to that I want to give some suggestions..... 1. please set administration at block level. 2. Order all state government to aware people about foreign situation of covid-19 through loud speaker. 3. government of states must make a committee of 2-4 people in villages who work along with govt. officials to aware people and head of this committee should be the sarpanch of the gram panchayat.
