At current scenario, Govt should ask builders to not to pressurize flat buyer, mainly for under construction property, to pay their due as per the construction plan & give a relief, till this virus issues is solved.
I came to know, where builders threatened to take action as per RERA law, if the buyer is unable to pay in next few days.
Most builder are playing mischief by generating their Demand letter backdated & charges delay in payment from Demand letter date. No one to cross check it.

Respected Prime Minister
There are some drawbacks to fight this epidemic. 1. In Rajasthan and other states, the wheat crop of the farmers is standing in the field, if this happens then it will die of hunger and debt. You should address the farmers. 2. The correct use of the mask should be communicated to the people otherwise misuse will not prevent the epidemic. 3. The time has come for strict adherence to the "Janata Curfew". People will have to stop no matter what steps are taken. Sanjeev

Hello pm sir, I ,tiya, a 10th standard student, appreciates the excellent thought of the janta curfew which we ahd two days back. But, even after such a chaotic situation in the country as well as worldwide has been taken as a joke in the rural parts of the country, I have witnessed videos where people have been spotted not maintaining 1 metre of distance and banging the utensil, which doesn't makes sense at all. People there have also stated that the virus only attacks dishonest people.
