To us present is the best advice to be with to avoid the virus related with consultation with Ayurvedic Doctors. Tea with ginger add is good for antibiotic and antivirus symptoms. Respected Sir, We have a large number of people who are dependent on daily wages for earning their daily meal for themselves and their family. There may be a need to provide delivery of groceries at their doorstep either at very low prices or free of cost. Because, there are chances that when it comes fighting disease vs hunger, my worry is they may give preference to the latter and venture out for daily wages. With weak bodies without food they would be more prone to diseases.

Respected Sir, My suggestion is with respect to Covid 19 situation. Many people are talking about fasting in these times on the occasion of Navratris. May I request that adequate advice be given through media/ callertunes that fasting would weaken one's body and its capability to fight infections. This can be a risky situation for people as it would make them prone to infections.
