Sir,
Plan & introduce how to live inside the water or above the water, sea, river & also plan how to live in forest.
Few peoples are neither they support to our Nation nor they interested in development, Few others(other countries) are using our talents by adding their own talents with our talents.
Either we should think about development or improvement or else simply live everyone like aadivasis.Everything made by Nature or born by Nature(directly or indirectly),don't increase the price.

Govt should take some steps before going ahead with Jaljeevan mission
1. Water meters at every household (Pay as much we use)
Then only we become more conscious of the waste usage of water.
2. Treat drainage water at every village level with minimal cost and fill the same in local tanks, lakes, reservoirs.
3. More awareness camps before this mission using local examples to create awareness about scarcity and the importance of water to villagers and local people, with local examples.

Sir,
I want to highlight one major concern that is affecting millions of Indians especially children.. issue of adulteration in food consumables. Be it basic necessity items like vegetables, rice, pulses or processed food like milk for babies or other items. Since there is no stringent rules / law, adulteration is rampant across india especially north india & this has severely affecting health of newborn to kids (kidney ailments to cancer). Please do something if we want future generation safe.
