Pension should provide based on the tax paid in their entire service and not on the cadre, private or government employee as the income tax slabs are common to all Indian citizens.

Mananeeya Pradhan Mantri Mahoday!
Namaskar!
Being an avid listener of your wholehearted "MANN KI BAAT",I would like to request you SPEAK UP to deliver your POWERFUL message to the YOUNG & Reckless BIKERS & other CARELESS Drivers who, now & then,HIT-and-RUN the innocent passersby who happen to go out for an Early Morning Walk or an Evening Walk or so forth. Life is PRECIOUS for everyone. When an unnatural DEATH of a person occurs, his or her near & dear ones REMAIN void. Why CAN'T they CONTROL?

Why the government is not supporting the English medium when encouraged for private schools? Is it because private schools are run by most of the politicians and their Benami holders?

Animals on the road survive on the food available on the road.
The population of animals will go on increasing till the availability of foods become short of further growth of animal populations.
After this animals starts die-ing due to starvation.
The same thing happen with human populations.
If you start arranging more food for poor they will survive more till their population reach at the end of starvation.
Secondly this waste food will have so may side effects of food born poisoning etc
