I would like Honorable PM Modi to encourage citizens of India to be boycott Chinese products and be more dependent on Indian products. There should be more attention to new startups and improvements of product quality of products made in India. An ecosystem should be developed to ensure supply chain of products to be more effective. Support Made in India .

Quick restart of economy - Reasonable percentage of indians are having regular income. There is a need to quick start the economy now. so, such individuals having adequate and regular resource / income may be advised to spend a little more (atleast 10 %) for the next 6 to 12 months and stop adding to savings. This will help spiraling of money and help to revive the economy.
