विषय: “डिजिटल उपनिवेशवाद की बेड़ियाँ तोड़ने” हेतु भारत की पहल माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, सादर प्रणाम, भारत ने पिछले दशक में डिजिटल पब्लिक इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर (जैसे आधार, यूपीआई, डिजिलॉकर, ओएनडीसी) के माध्यम से यह सिद्ध कर दिया है कि खुला, सस्ता और सर्वसुलभ डिजिटल तंत्र न केवल नागरिकों को सशक्त कर सकता है, बल्कि विश्व के लिए एक उदाहरण भी प्रस्तुत कर सकता है। किन्तु आज एक नई चुनौती हमारे सामने खड़ी है—डिजिटल उपनिवेशवाद। विदेशी डिजिटल प्लेटफ़ॉर्म हमारे डाटा, संवाद और बाज़ार पर इतना नियंत्रण रखते हैं कि किसी भी समय वे एकतरफ़ा निर्णय लेकर हमारी संप्रभुता और सुरक्षा पर असर डाल सकते हैं। हाल ही में कुछ भारतीय कंपनियों को वैश्विक क्लाउड सेवा बाधित होने का अनुभव भी हुआ है। यह दर्शाता है कि डिजिटल स्वाधीनता केवल तकनीकी विषय नहीं, बल्कि राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा और आत्मसम्मान का प्रश्न है।

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, मेरे घर के सामने चार फैक्ट्रियाँ स्थित हैं, जहाँ से निरंतर धुआँ निकलता है। यह धुआँ आस-पास के वातावरण को प्रदूषित कर रहा है और लोगों के स्वास्थ्य के लिए भी हानिकारक है। इस समस्या के समाधान के लिए मेरा सुझाव है कि एक बड़ा “पैराशूटनुमा उपकरण” तैयार किया जाए, जिसे फैक्ट्रियों से निकलते धुएँ के ऊपर उड़ाया जा सके। यह उपकरण धुएँ को अपने अंदर सोख लेगा और उसे वातावरण में फैलने से रोक देगा। बाद में इस धुएँ को सुरक्षित रूप से निस्तारित किया जा सकता है। इस तकनीक से वातावरण स्वच्छ रहेगा, लोगों को शुद्ध हवा मिलेगी और प्रदूषण के कारण होने वाली बीमारियों में भी कमी आएगी। यदि इसे एक पायलट प्रोजेक्ट के रूप में लागू किया जाए तो यह देशभर में प्रदूषण नियंत्रण का एक अभिनव मॉडल बन सकता है। सादर, प्रिया सेंगर

Namaskar PM Modi ji, Ganapati Bappa Morya....! Hon. PM Modi ji, your achievements are innumerable and infinite, in line with country's name and fame. Sir, I wish that, if you with your great influence, could further your "Sankalp" for "Swacch Bharat". It is a known fact, that people have short memory and the combined with short attention span, is turning lethal for such a great initiative. So, I humbly request you to take initiative for Swacch Gaav Award or something as such with cash prizes or jobs. I may be entirely incorrect. Many Foreign Brands like M&S,H&M are selling garments made in Bangladesh .Considering our state of affairs with Bangladesh and also the competition in this sector ,I will like to request the government to stop these MNC Brands from selling them in India.
