2. Engagement: Encouraging young people and girls to vote can help to boost
their engagement in civic and political issues, leading to a more informed and
active citizenship.
3. Inclusivity: We may work toward a more inclusive and representative
democracy by expanding voter registration among marginalised groups such as
young people and girls.
4. Political power: Increasing voter registration among young people and
females can assist to change the balance of political power and offer these
groups a more powerful voice in choices that affect their lives and communities.
5. Social impact: Voting is a strong vehicle for social change, and boosting
voter registration among young people and females can help to bring about
positive improvements in subjects that matter to them, such as education,
healthcare, and environmental protection.
This, I feel, would tremendously improve our country's voting process .

11. Virtual town halls and debates: Candidates can organise virtual town
halls or debates using video conferencing technologies such as Zoom, making it
easier for voters to learn about voting.
12 Special Drive for Married Girls : It is seen that many of girls are not in
voter list because of change of their residential address after marriage and face
lot of challenge in name change , which delays the enrolment process.
13 Considering Aadhar Card as Voter Card : As Aadhar Enrolment is mandatory
for many reason and citizen apply for the same. Since the same information is
called in Aadhar which is already integrated with various social schemes ,
banks, education, job and social schemes . It is worth to consider Aadhar as
Voter Card.
There are various benefits to expanding voter registration among young people
and girls:
1. Representation: Registering young people and girls to vote helps to
guarantee that their perspectives and concerns are heard in the political process.

I recognise that some people may face difficulties in registering to vote, such as
a lack of access to registration services or a lack of understanding about the
importance of voting. I strongly urge you to consider enacting measures to
enhance voter registration, particularly among young people and girls.
Investing in voter education initiatives that target these populations and
provide information about the registration process and the importance of voting
could be one feasible solution.
By boosting voter registration, I believe we can ensure that all members of our
community have a voice in choices that affect their lives and neighbourhoods. I
hope you would consider this plea and endeavour to promote voter registration
among all citizens, particularly young people and girls.
Here are some strategies for increasing voter enrolment and turnout
among young people and those who have not done enrolment.

Sub: Approximately 41 Cr eligible population have not done Voter Enrolment.
Respected Sir,
I'm writing to express my concern over low voter turnout, particularly among young people and women. As a member of our community, I feel it is critical for all eligible residents to engage in the political process and have their voices heard by voting.
Some important fact:
Particulars No (in Cr) Approx.
Population of India as of now
142
Less People ineligible to vote (below 18 years of age
20
Eligible Voters of India
122
Actual Voters Enrolled as per Election Commission Database
91
Less Voters ineligible because of Death (not removed from the list) or Duplicate Entry on multiple location because of migration, marriage and work.
10
Real Voters should be eligible to vote on the basis of voter database
81
Balance voter who are eligible but has not done Enrolment as Voter
41
So it is estimated that approximately 41 CR population of India is not in the Voter list

Respected PM sir,
I want to share my suggestion about the underground water levels as the level in most of regions is below 200 ft, mostly in Punjab, Haryana, where water is most needed for cultivation. In India, mostly in monsoon season, flood related situations occurs in plain agriculture land. This water mostly washed out into oceans through rivers. However, if this water can be utilised by pouring into ground through any master plan to recharge the ground water, it will increase ground water levels and can be helpful to solve out shortage of drinking water as well. In Israel, average annual rainfall is 25% as compared to India, but they recharge the ground water through it instead of wasting it somewhere. For our country, we also have to make such master plans to reserve the ground water efficiently in order to flourish the grain cultivation and can improve export into the world.
Thanks and regards
Balwant Singh
