माननीय प्रधानमत्री महोदय प्रणाम । इससे पहले प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय तक पत्र लिख चुका हूं । महोदय आपके प्रधानमंत्री के इस कालखंड मे देश मे फिलहाल अनेको समस्या का अबतक समाधान हुआ है । राम मंदिर समस्या कश्मीर समस्या गरीबो की अनेको कल्यान की योजनाऐ । महोदय क्रपा करके निराश्रित भूमिहीन दिव्यांगो के लिए कोई ऐसी योजनाऐं लाइये ताकि हम जैसो का जीवन स्तर कुछ सुधरे । हम भी समाज मे सर उठा कर जी सकें । धन्यबाद एक दिव्यांग की पुकार । धनबाद झारखंड । प्रणाम ।

Hon'ble PM Narendra Modi Ji, We are the life members of the Institute of Constitutional and Parliamentary Studies, V.P. House, Rafi Marg, New Delhi-11001. This Institute is Part-Partial to the Parliament of India and Director General and Director of this Institute are also senior officials of Lok Sabha. Generally, Life Members of this Institute is an academician, policy makers, advocates, journalists, etc. They are interested to come to the Parliament to their research work and updating knowledge but the security officers of reception counter are demanding the letter of M.P/Ex-M.P or requision from some official of the Parliament, this task is difficult us to get letter from M.P or get requisition. Sir It is my humble suggestion that if the Director of the Institute may issue us I-cards and we will access to the Parliament on the basis of such proposed I-Cards after proper clearance of security check-ups. So, it will facilitate us to visit Parliament and see its proceedings /Library.

नम्सकार सभी को सादर प्रणाम मै भ्रसटाचार के खिलाफ कहना चहता है । बसिरहाट उत्तर 24 पारगाना पशचिम बंगाल मे कुछ गुस खोर पुलिस एव्म Cv पुलिस है जै की अपराधियो के साथ मिले हुये है और कुछ गुस रुपये के लिये बेगुनाह इन्सानो पर अत्याचार करती है और टि,एम,सी पाटी एव्म बाम फ्रोन्ट सि.पि.एम पाटी के लोग कुछ रुपये के लिये बेगुनाह इन्सानो पर अत्याचार करती है और राष्ट्रीये मानब अधिकार आयोग कोइ भी केस पुलिस को दे देती है मगर पुलिस अपराधियो कुछ नही करती उल्टा बेगुनाह इन्सानो पर अत्याचार करती है और अपराधियो के साथ मिल के उस का जिबन नष्ट कर देती है । क्या हम एक नया दल बना सकते है जै कि पुलिस के काम काज कार्य पर नजर रखेगी और अत्याचार होने पर गल्त होने पर उसे रोकेगी उसे पकरेगी उस के उपर करवाइ करेगी ।, , पुलिस क्रमचारी की समपत्ती की जाच करेगी उसे पकरेगी सजा दिलबायेगी । नया दल बनाने से रोजगार बरेगा और अत्याचार भ्रसटाचार भी कम हो जायेगी।

Har railway station par khaane ke stall individual mahila nahi mahila sahkari samiti ko mile. Dhanywaad.. idea ko thoda improvise aur policy adaptation ready banana padega

Greetings to my Indian Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji. The government should make it mandatory for everyone to grow one or two plants. In the same way, a special identification for those who grow those plants should be added to the identification of those plants and the registration process of the plants must be done. I would like to give you this small suggestion so that we can save our environment.

6) In all border areas and sensitive district, government must appoint two leaders one from ruling party and one from opposition party, preferably locals to interact with people on their issues and advise administration in writing (no verbal advise). All parliamentarians are responsible for people. 7) From the timing it is suspected that there is a conspiracy to disturb the parliament session proceedings. This angle may also be investigated, as this is happening too frequently.

As such it is suggested to have only one rule for such discussions and allocation of time for the same should be vested with the speaker/chairman of the house. This will be a "मूले कुठारः" approach which will be helpful in avoiding wastage of time. 4) Making insensitive comments on the issue by ruling party member always sent wrong signals not only to a common man but they were presented in international forum out of reference or in a selective manner to tarnish the image of our country. This should be avoided. 5) Within 15 days time, government should submit a written reply in Parliament on Manipur incidence. The Naga-Manipur conflict in northern part of Manipur is a known issue, but suddenly the tension erupted in southern part in Churachandpur is a matter of concern. All reasons including ethnic, infiltration, smuggling, reservation etc may be brought out in the reply.
