I have been observing the difficulties faced by elderly people, women and widows, specially abled people from the interior villages in getting their work in Govt offices. They have to visit many months and engage middle men. Hence I request you to bring a law for RIGHT TO PUBLIC SERVICE. Clearly mentioning that every application should be acknowledged, the status should be informed to them by SMS , email. If the request is rejected it should be informed in writing so that they can go to higher level or courts. Many works need not require a months time, such as date of birth, death, caste certificates , property certificates. If unnecessarily delayed or rejected the concerned employees should be punished. Middle men should be avoided. Wrong maintenance and mismanagement of property rights are some of issues being faced by the common man. The powerful and rich people are getting the records manipulated . It’s the right time to bring RTPS Act .
