# Union Budget : Employees of various State UT & Central Government employees contribute to their organization with their lateral thinking in the form of Fresh Ideas Innovation & Creativity in existing products & processes . Organization's reward them with cash incentives or any other manner deemed feasible . Most of such incentives rewards are not to the full potential of the lateral thoughts which contribute exponentially to the organization's and the incentives are being taxable. In this backdrop a amendment can be provided in Union Budget or directly to all organization's for rewarding growth driven or game changing lateral thoughts suitably in the form of domestic or foreign tours. All incentives rewards must be kept away from tax ambit to encourage lateral thinking. All fresh thought provoking lateral thoughts irrespective of their feasibility of implementation must be rewarded with minimum incentives prizes for encouragement to contribute future ideas thoughts suggestions.

Just like Income Tax slabs, the Interest rates on Fixed Deposits should also be in several slabs so as to give more interest (@12%) on deposits up to Rs. 1 crore, lesser (@9%) beyond that upto 5 crores and still lesser (@6%) beyond 5crores. Since all bank accounts are linked with PAN and Aadhar card, there should be no issues on this.
