We celebrated Girl Child Day on 24th Jan and talk of Nari Shakti Puraskars. But while doing all this, we forget to see that there are innumerable females quitting the work force daily. We hardly get to see women leaders in the Corporates, as most of them quit mid-way in their careers due to child care, elderly care, family and other issues. To mitigate all this, I suggest the government build systems to provide robust support to these working females, so that they can continue in their careers through their working age. In countries like Singapore, there are systems by the government which provide live in helps/maids, wherein they are verified people, by the government, on contract for 2 years. Every 2 years they are replaced by a new person, so that there is no exploitation. I suggest this kind of arrangement to be brought in place in India too. This would not only provide a support system for the working females, but also an employment opportunity to the unprivileged.

Respected Sir, As many poor villagers & their children who have past 10th class or below before 2010 have majorly no chance of getting or applying for government jobs due to qualifications due to financial crisis or due to age slab execeeded. If it can be resolved for 32-45 age slab then maximum population in the India will be resolved with high faith & growth occupancy by the middle aged group.

with all respect sir , please can you think about oral health policy, as a suggestion of in this covid era. I am a dentist to work give smile on a patient face directly working on mouth. private practice increases and such treatment worthless for poor people. no awareness for oral hygiene in remote area as mostly done to shut the covid. please recruitment sufficient amount of dentist rural as well as town who can help this poor people give worthy treatment as free or some amount of money as policy. I am sure about u know how much money lost due to unauthorized practice quack as well as taking burdensome money taking from those people who can not afford his food regularly. but oral health is important now have to think about to prevent such kind of covid disease. please proper govt hospital recruitment as dentist /oral hygienist and also take dental treatment policy which is affordable for poor people. for good health work is much more important than money. please u sir think about it.

Respected PM sir. During the manki baat programme please ask the nation to vote for their views on abolishing cast base reservation and implementing 25% reservation purely based on family income less than 5 lacs per annum. The voting line can open for a week time and after this the gov can publish the result to nation and make this bill passed if nation for this. This will strengthen the quality as well as financial strength to nation. At present cast base reservation is spoiling the quality of education and resulting buliding of nation.

Respected Sir, I would like to bring your kind attention on the Initiative taken by the Govt. to help villagers by establishing the "Jan Seva Kendra". That is more becoming the pain for them because they are doing many fraud transactions with them, they are taking their money from the bank accounts by getting their thumb impression several times and next time they say that Modiji has taken Kishan Nidhi / pension back hence your account has no balance. They have also started Aadhar base fraud transactions by making clone of thumb impression. As per RBI guideline, they get access to all accounts which are linked to Aadhar and make many fraud transactions. Request your attention on the matter before it becomes a big concerns for villagers. This also spread lots of negativity about the Government. I have personally interested with many villages on the matter. Kind Regards,
