Respected Sir We are strengthening the democracy in our country especially at Panchayat Level. Our Panchayats are enshrined more and more Powers to ensure development even in our remote villages. To strengthen the bond between bureaucracy, executing officers and our Public representatives and for better understanding of problems, their priorities, futuristic approaches our PRs at Panchayat level need to have some basic qualification. As most of the Public representatives especially at Panchayat level are illiterate. As our country is achieving new heights in every sphere, it's the right time to make at least Graduation or some equivalent degree mandatory for contesting Panchayat Elections. Thanks
