To, Hon’ble P.M.O.India Shri Narendrabhai Modi Subject- Request to reform present Judicial system.(suggestion) R.sir, We have very weak and unjustified Judicial system of British time even after 75years of independence. Some laws are removed in last 10 years is the bright side. Now I & many common people of our country request you to reform present Judicial system. Following are the points. (1) Due to present system "tarik pe tarik"is prevailing for common people & are not getting justice till their last breathe. Delay in justice is considered as to be deprived from justice. Justice should be within one year. (2) Define and reduce fees of advocates. At present due to very high fees common people can't afford them. Courts are for rich people only.Make them for common people. This situation affects adversely on social and economic conditions of our country also. (3)convictors and criminals are getting bail by money power or political power and free innocent from court in less time

To, H.H.Shri Narendrabhai Modi P.M.O.India,New Delhi Subject- Suggestion to reform citizenship act-1955 Respected sir, Citizenship act-1955 is weak so reform it by adding clause that illegal activity for infiltrators will be considered heinous crime and convicted will lose their citizenship. Intruders, who already became citizens of our country are to be detected and deported after cancelling their citizenship is the prime necessity of our country. Infiltrators are changing demography of our country so require very strict law. Only S.I.R. isn't enough therefore reform citizenship act also. Hope kind acceptance of my suggestion for the sake of the country. All M.P & M.L.A.should raise their voices to reform citizenship act-1955 in both houses. Vande Mataram

To, H.H.shri NarendrabhaiModi, P.M.O.India Subject- Suggestions to get rid from traffic chaos throughout country. Respected sir, Following are my Suggestions for above Subject for your kind consideration and necessary actions please. ( 1) Entitlement certificate must be obtained from government & it should be mandatory for purchasing new vehicles and it should be valid for ten years.Make this law for purchasing new vehicles. (2) Mobile app.from government should be announced so that people can install it and can send photos of vehicles who are braking traffic rules.Detail of senders should be kept confidential & give some incentive to Photo senders and penalised heavily to owners of vehicles. Income of government will increse and unemployment will decrease in our country. So by this app.involve people themselves to maintain traffic rules.Without strict rule mentality of public will not improve. (2) Improve inbuilt transport system so that people can get conveyance easily & mi

India ko permanently clean banane ke liye ek baar national-level deep cleaning drive ki zarurat hai. Iske baad kachra fekna punishable offence banaya jaye. 100-500 ka fine effective nahi hota, log nahi darte. Public places me ₹5000 fine aur public transport/railway me ₹10,000 fine, photo/video proof ke saath challan allow ho. Japan jaise deshon me strict fine aur social fear se safai maintain hoti hai. Ye rule tourism, public health aur India ki global image improve karega. sir

Motivation of Government Employees Government employees are the backbone of public service delivery and nation-building. To enhance their motivation and efficiency, the following initiatives may be highlighted and encouraged: Timely appreciation through certificates, public acknowledgment, or simple words of praise boosts morale significantly. Recognition need not always be monetary. Culture of Trust and Respect A work environment based on trust, guidance, and respectful communication motivates employees to perform better than fear-based supervision. Purpose-Driven Work Employees should be reminded that their daily work directly impacts citizens’ lives. When the purpose of service is clear, dedication increases naturally. Encouraging Small Innovations Even small suggestions from grassroots-level employees should be heard and implemented where feasible. This creates a sense of ownership and pride. "Hi, I am proud to say that I am an Indian. India has a strong tradition, rich culture, diverse languages, and varied people, yet we unite under one name: 'India'. In my observation, many people lack respect for the country. The thought 'I am an Indian' only resonates with people on August 15th or January 26th, not genuinely from their hearts. I recommend playing the National Anthem in every area once a month to instill patriotism and make people feel, 'I belong to India, my motherland'."
