I am Anuya Prasad, 19, from Jaipur, Rajasthan, and proudly represent India as a hearing-impaired sportswoman. I was deeply honoured when Deputy Chief Minister Divya Kumari Ji welcomed me at City Palace on 20th December 2025 for my Gold Medal at the Deaflympics in Japan, and when the Chief Minister of Rajasthan invited me on 21st December 2025 to Amar Jawan Jyoti, Sawai Mansingh Stadium, to celebrate my Silver Medal in the 25m Sports Women event during Run for Viksit Rajasthan. Along with my Bronze at the 68th NSCC Shooting Delhi and Silver at Khelo University 2025, these recognitions inspire me to continue proving that women empowerment knows no barriers. I am grateful for the respect shown by our leaders and believe my achievements reflect the strength of India’s daughters. My dream is to win future Gold Medals in 10m Air Pistol and 25m Sports Women events internationally, raising the tricolour high and motivating every young girl to dream without limits.

I am a student proposing a welfare-focused policy idea that links government procurement with local employment generation. Currently, welfare spending mainly focuses on distribution. This proposal suggests that wherever feasible, welfare items should be procured from local tailors, SHGs, artisans, and micro-enterprises, and then distributed through existing government channels. The objective is simple: every welfare rupee should create both relief for beneficiaries and livelihood for local workers. This model does not replace existing procurement systems but complements them through pilot-based, decentralised implementation. It aligns with national priorities such as employment generation, skill utilisation, and “Vocal for Local”. I believe this idea can strengthen grassroots livelihoods while improving the social impact of welfare spending.

Subject: Reform for "Ease of Tax Compliance" & Digital Trust The Issue: Law-abiding taxpayers are facing "Technical Deadlocks." Automated notices are sent for verified deductions (like 80G) already correctly reported in ITRs and supported by Form 10BE. When citizens try to comply, the portal rejects filings with "Invalid Hash Value" errors. This causes undue panic as deadlines approach. Proposed Reforms: API Pre-Verification: The IT Dept should cross-verify donation PANs against its own "Exempted Institutions" database before triggering notices. No warning should be sent for data already in the government’s ecosystem. Fix Portal Bugs: Eliminate "Hash" errors that reject files generated by official utilities due to minor character glitches. Closure Confirmation: Replace "Ignore if correct" advice with a formal "Case Closed" status to provide peace of mind. Vision: Move from "Taxpayer Panic" to "Taxpayer Trust" via seamless data integration.
