Sir, I humbly submit some implementable suggestions for VB G RAMJI scheme now a full fledged Act replacing MGREGA 1- It's budget of Rs.150 L cr sh'd b raised to Rs.3.00 L Cr with Centre's & States' share, be changed from 60:40 to 80:20.(+Rs.1.50 L cr Funds under PMGKY b used to give work for rural population living above BPL.) 2- States should compulsorily allocate its share from its annual budgetary provisions specifically made for Agricultural / Water conservation 3- Specific scheme for planting & preserving Indian trees lik -Khejri Neem,Babul,kair, Ber,,Moringa,Palas, which easily sustains even under scanty rainfall of

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय 🙏 आपसे अनुरोध है कृपया महिलाओं से प्रतयोगी परीक्षाओं के लिए सरकारी अथवा गैर सरकारी संस्थाओ द्वारा जो शुल्क लिया जाता है उसे पूर्णतः माफ किया जाना चाहिए तथा गैर सरकारी विश्व विद्यालयों द्वारा जो शिक्षा शुल्क है उसे भी उन्हें टैक्स रिबेट दे कर आधा लिया जाना चाहिए । मेरा मानना है महिलाओं को आगे लाने में अभी भी सरकार को कई ठोस कदम उठाने जरूरी हैं उसके लिए सरकार को पूर्णतः सहयोगी बनना पड़ेगा । धन्यवाद 🙏

Dearest PM Modi ji, First of all, thank you so much for giving such a wonderful opportunity to all the citizen, to reach out to the Prime minister of this great country. We know India has huge potential to tap multi billion dollar healthcare opportunity through its domestic and international demand. Can we plan a SEZ across NE reagion and Bihar, for healthcare sector similar to manufacturing and IT industries. This will have public private hospitals, Yoga centers, Ayurvadic centers, Ayushmaan centers , Sprituality centers along with manufacturing hub related to healthcare equipments, medicines etc all under one zone. Looking at geographical and ecological conditions ,NE region can be best for this idea. This will boost the tourism as well. And also this will put NE on world map as this SEZ will attract millions of people across the globe. I don't know if your goverment is already working on it but I tried to share as it came in my mind all of sudden. Thanks, Atul Anand

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी मेट्रोसिटीज में मध्यम वर्ग के बच्चे ग्रेजुएशन या प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी के लिए रहते हैं,जहां काफी प्राइवेट(पी जी हॉस्टल) है,जोयूनिवर्सिटी के आसपास बने हैं या किसी फर्म द्वारा किराए पर लेकर चलाए जा रहे हैं,इनका रेंट बहुत अधिक तय किया जाता है।परंतु इनमें संचालक के बहुत मनमाने तरीके हैं जैसे एडवांस में एक माह का किराया सिक्योरिटी के रूप में लिया जाता है,एक पेपर पर अपने हितों को साधने वाली शर्तें लिख कर छात्रों से साइन कर एग्रीमेंट बताया जाता है।यदि किसी छात्र ने11माह से पहले यूनिवर्सिटी सत्र के अथवा परीक्षाओं के खत्म या अपरिहार्य कारण के चलते कुछ माह के लिए रूम खाली करना पड़ता है तो सिक्योरिटी जब्त कर ली जाती है,जबकि यह कहकर सिक्योरिटी ली जाती है की पीजी के सामान की टूट-फूट को एडजस्ट करने के लिए ली है। सिक्योरिटी मनी को लास्ट मंथ के किराए में एडजस्ट नहीं किया जाता है, बहाने बनाकर वापस भी नहीं दी जाती है।इस पर नियंत्रण के लिए कोई मानक तैयार किए जाएं जिससे छात्रों के हितों की रक्षा हो सके तथा पारदर्शी नियंत्रण रहे,गरीब मध्यम वर्गीय परिजनों का आर्थिकबोझ कम हो
