It is not only MOCKERY of Justice but is injustice meyed out to Victims. Govt has to appeal against the oder of the Delhi High Court Though Modi Govt has done many good things that no Govt has ever done before but is unable to stop occurrence of bad things within their reach It does not augur well of for Modi Govt
