Soft ( cyber) crimes have become more than hard crimes. That means conventional robbers are less , educated have become robbers

India is a young nation, yet its youth remain largely absent from formal governance. As policies increasingly shape education, employment, technology, and the future economy, the lack of structured youth participation limits long-term policy effectiveness. This proposal calls for the creation of supervised, youth-exclusive government roles for citizens aged 16 and above. Such roles would strengthen institutions by integrating forward-looking perspectives and real-world insight under clear accountability. I am 17 years old, and like many young Indians, I seek the opportunity to contribute responsibly to public service. Enabling youth participation today is an investment in stronger governance, democratic trust, and India’s future leadership.

Subject: Request for Policy Shift: Skill-Based Hiring in the Private Sector Respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, I am writing to request a transformative change in our employment landscape. While professions like Medicine, Law, and Chartered Accountancy rightly require specific degrees, thousands of other roles in the private sector do not. I urge the government to introduce a Law where the private sector is mandated to evaluate candidates based on demonstrable skills rather than formal degrees alone. Many talented youth in India are self-taught or skilled through non-traditional means but are rejected solely because they lack a college degree. If a non-degree holder proves they are more skilled than a degree holder in a practical assessment, they should be given equal opportunity. This will truly empower the 'Skill India' mission and ensure talent wins over paperwork. Jai Hind."
