I have seen tragic incidents: in Tamil Nadu, a child dragged while asleep; in Karnataka, an auto driver’s son killed before his father. Poor children remain unprotected while the bill to regulate and shift stray dogs is stalled. While animal welfare matters, human safety must come first. Just as we defend ourselves from mosquitoes, we must act firmly against stray dog threats. I urge you to ensure sterilisation, vaccination, relocation to shelters, and awareness campaigns.Considering the safety of human lives, I humbly request you to kindly pass the bill.
