માનનીય મોદી સાહેબ પ્રણામ સાહેબ મારે તમને અમારી ગુજરાત રાજ્ય ની ભાવનગર જિલ્લાના તાલુકા મહુવા ની અનુચિત જાતિ ની ખેત સહકારી મંડળી આવેલી છે.સાહેબ અમે બધા લોકો મંડળી માં ઘણા સમય થી ખેતીની જમીન ઉપર ઉપજ લયેછયે પણ સાહેબ અમારે આ જમીન ઉપર ખાલી વાવણી કરી શકીયે છીએ આ જમીન ઉપર કાય પાક લેવામાં નુકશાન જાય તોય અમને‌કાય મળતું નથી.અને ખાલી વાવણી પુરતો જ હક અમને આપેલો છે.તો સાહેબ તમને નમ્ર વિનંતી છે કે આ જમીન અમને અમારા નામ પર કરી આપવા વિનંતી છે 7/12 જ્યારે અમે કઢાવી એ ત્યારે તેમા અનુચિત જાતિ ખેત સહકારી મંડળી મહુવા તાલુકા તેવું લખેલું આવે છે.અમરી ખેત સહકારી મંડળી નો રજીસ્ટર નંબર. ખે/2677/તા.17/11/1983 છે સાહેબ તમને નમ્ર વિનંતી છે આ મંડળી માં મોટા ભાગ ની જમીન ઉપર બિજા માણસો નો કબ્જો છે.જે અમને વાવણી કે પાક લેવા દેતા નથી .આ મંડળી ના પ્રમુખ શ્રી નાનજીભાઈ બારૈયા છે જે ખુબજ સારા માણસ છે જેમણે મંડળી ને ફરસા માંથી બહાર કાઢી.આમંડળી પાસે અસરે 1600 એકર જેટલી જમીન છે પણ અમુક જમીન ઉપરજ અમારો કબ્જો છે બાકી ની જમીન ઉપર અમુક માથા ભારે માણસો નો કબ્જો છે .તો આપ શ્રી ને નમ્ર વિનંતી છે સાહેબ અમને અમારો હક અપાવો 🙏🙏🙏
