Respected Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji, Namaskar. My name is Damodhar Singh ,from Karnataka. I am working on a social road-safety initiative called “RakShak”, focused on saving lives through affordable, ventilated helmets, specially designed for India’s hot climate. I was deeply honored to meet you at the Republic Plenary Summit 2025, which inspired me to dedicate myself to public safety and national service. On January 12th, National Youth Day, I am launching RakShak along with a mobile app to promote helmet awareness and voluntary helmet usage across the country. For this mission, I have taken a personal loan of ₹10 lakhs, purely with the intention of saving lives and creating awareness, not for profit. If I am fortunate to receive your guidance — even a call or a symbolic launch of this app on National Youth Day — it would inspire millions to follow your words and adopt helmets willingly. Your encouragement can help save countless lives on Indian roads. Thank you sir

The continuous leakage of toxic gases in the Kenduadih–Dhanbad region due to underground mine fires and surface cracks poses a serious risk to civilian health and safety. As a humble citizen, I respectfully place a suggestion for expert evaluation only: where technically safe, open crack vents may be examined for sealing using a high-temperature-resistant, cement-like mix made from materials such as magnesium phosphate cement, alumina flour, and refractory aggregates. Similar materials are already used in industrial applications like sealing blast-furnace cracks, though not at this scale. I do not claim expertise and fully defer to professionals. Seeing the worsening situation, I felt it my duty to bring this forward. If experts find it useful, I would be honoured to share general mix concepts and working time for evaluation.

Respected Prime Minister Sir, In an education system where marks, ranks and jobs define self-worth, many capable students face anxiety, repeated failure and loss of confidence. What concrete reforms and life skills do you believe are essential so that students learn resilience, purpose and dignity beyond exam results?

Dear PM Sir, There is small suggestion from me that there should be seperate market for selling organic products like cereals, pulses, fruits and vegetables so that farmers who are doing organic farming could be encouraged for growing organic products that will be very beneficial for farmers. In each district there should be a market. Farmers will automatically shift to organic farming instead of chemicals.
