Honorable Prime Minister, I am writing to share my thoughts and suggestions for the upcoming year-end episode of Mann Ki Baat on December 28, 2025. As we stand at the threshold of a new year, it is a momentous time to reflect on the strides India has made and the collective resolutions we must take to ensure a ‘Viksit Bharat’ by 2047. The complete context, rationale and proposed approach are detailed in the attached PDF.

Respected Prime Minister Sir, I am just an ordinary student of class 10 sharing my mann ki baat. I feel frustrated and overwhelmed because mujhe lagta hai ki main apne decisions khud nahi le sakta, chahe wo meri studies ho ya future. Mere decisions me interference hota hai, lekin jab marks aate hain to sirf mujhe hi judge kiya jata hai. Meri mehnat, potential aur mental state par dhyaan nahi diya jata, sirf marks matter karte hain. Agar marks average ya below average aaye to bhi problem hoti hai, chahe main satisfied hoon ya nahi. Main introvert hoon, mujhe akela rehna aur thoda phone use karke escape lena pasand hai, par wo bhi galat maana jata hai. Chhoti baatein aur jokes, khaaskar parents se, mujhe deeply hurt karte hain. Pariksha Pe Charcha me character limit kam hone ki wajah se main apni poori feelings wahan express nahi kar paaya, isliye apni mann ki baat yahan bhi submit kar raha hoon.

Precious lives are being lost for reason - fell from two wheeler, vehicle coming from behind overrun the victim. A decade ago , this was not the case . That means vehicles are plying very close to each other.

Honorable Prime Minister, The attached document outlines an observation on the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, noting that while the initiative successfully promoted cleanliness, it has not achieved sufficient behavioral change in preventing littering. The core issue lies in the public mindset, where waste is quickly treated as garbage with no value, leading to continued littering. The document proposes a shift in approach by treating plastic waste as a resource rather than refuse. It suggests incentivized household-level plastic collection—including plastic bags, bottles, delivery and parcel bags, packaging materials, and parcel cartons—through monetary returns or barter for basic necessities. This model draws inspiration from the successful scrap newspaper collection system, where waste is preserved due to its resale value. The complete context, rationale, and proposed approach are detailed in the attached PDF.
