Good Morning sir,
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the developments you have brought in so far.
You have selflessly devoted for the building of our nation. My heartfelt salute to you sir
There are few more suggestions from my end.
This is again regarding train travel.
There should be proper facilities in the stations for the senior citizens. Trolleys if provided can help us to carry out things easily. secondly condition of lifts must be ensured.
escalators should be there for going down as well as in upward direction.
Floors of the platform should be made in such a way that wheeled suitcases can easily be pulled.
proper and clean toilet facilities should be there.
Their number should be increased as the platforms are becoming longer.

Good Morning Sir,
First of all let me thank you for the opportunity given to us to address our issues.
One more important things which needs improvement is the food served in the train.
I happened to travel from Delhi to Trivandrum.
Food served is not at all up to the mark.
coffee served is simply sugar mixed water.
similarly other food items. There needs to be surprise checks on it.
Cleanliness of the toilet is another concern. There is of course a person who comes for cleaning as compared to earlier times.
But still so much improvement is required in cleaning toilets.
I travelled by Rajdhani on 9th of December 2025 and had to register complaint twice in this regard. Locks were not in proper condition.Door got opened while I was using the toilet.clogging of commode etc.
These are small things ,but it causes distress while travelling.Sometimes you need to use washrooms in the middle of the night. With such dirty toilet and lack of proper locking etc is a big concern.

Good Morning Sir,
I have also observed few things, which is to be corrected in Kerala.
1. Trade unions supported labour ,they forcefully take the goods to be loaded and unloaded from the owners and demands hefty amount for loading and unloading purposes.
2. Taxis and Autos-online taxis and Autos are not permitted to freely to operate.
Many tourists have pointed this in social media.
If tourism is to be promoted, more liberal policies should be adopted.
Rigid attitude of the parties are not good for the economic development of the state.

Good Morning Sir,
Once I happened to see the ladies working under the MNREGA scheme in Kerala .They come in the morning and sit here and there. All get ready for work when the person arrives for taking photographs. For most the time they sit here and there and waste time. They are given payment from the government collected from the taxpayers pocket. There should be a proper check on this.Secondly they praise the state government machineries for all the benefits given from the centre.
