Respected Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, I wish to share a practical observation that may help reduce air pollution in Delhi. I recently moved to the Greenville area in the USA and noticed that there is almost no exposed soil anywhere. Open land, roadsides, and residential areas are fully covered with thick grass or wood mulch. As a result, dust generation is minimal and air quality remains good even in dry weather. In Delhi, a major source of pollution is dust from exposed soil along roads, parks, vacant plots, and residential areas. I humbly suggest adopting a similar approach by mandating grass cover or eco-friendly mulch on all open land. Citizens, housing societies, and institutions can be encouraged or required to ensure no bare soil is left exposed. This low-cost, sustainable measure can significantly reduce dust-related pollution and improve public health and urban aesthetics. Thank you for your leadership and continued efforts toward a cleaner India.

The Honourable Prime Minister can celebrate the "Lakhpati Didis" of India—women in Self-Help Groups (SHGs) who have mastered digital finance and micro-investing. By detailing how rural women are using UPI for their small businesses and even exploring mutual funds or gold bonds, the talk highlights a quiet financial revolution. This is about economic agency; when a woman becomes financially literate, the entire family’s future changes. It’s an invitation for more women to leverage government schemes like Lakhpati Didi to achieve true "Atmanirbhar" status.

This suggestion focuses on the culture of fitness and indigenous sports like Kalaripayattu, Mallakhamb, and Silambam. Instead of just discussing medals, the Honourable Prime Minister can talk about how these traditional sports are being integrated into school curriculums and modern fitness regimes. He could highlight stories of veterans or housewives who have taken up "Masters Athletics," promoting a "Fit India" across all age groups. It shifts the narrative from sports as a professional career to sports as a way of life for every Indian household.
