We have to see our jobs are or works are equally distributed meaning for the all the job professions like, engineering, medical, farming, accounts side, research side , law side,etc we have equal or needed people or not.So that we can fillup the people gap in required fields.It will create job as well. It will help to avoid more people in one field. It is kind of career program or knowing careers or need.
