IF WE HOPE THERE SHOULD BE MINIMUM HAZARDS TO FASTEST OPERATION OF OUR RAILWAY WITH HIGH SPEED TRAINS THEN WE MUST RELY MORE ON YOUNG RUNNING STAFF WHOSE AGILITY & REFLEX R FAST & ACCURATE.
