Respected Shri. Modi ji,
3 important things which are taking away the physical and mental health,
1. Serving food in Plastics: Coffee/ Tea in plastic cups, water bottles(exposed to sunlight for long time), Road side tiffin shops serve food on plastic papers. Food is divine and let's not make it poison by bringing plastic in between. NO HOT FOOD OR DRINKS SERVED IN PLASTICS.
2. Pls ban coloured food: Candies, chocolates, ice-cream and other similar foods are mostly eaten by kids and it makes them addict too. We want healthier India today and forever.
Avoiding food in Plastics and food color in food keeps many diseases away including cancers.
3. Pls ban any content and put a fine for those who upload any unnecessary content online. It may be violence, sexual, gaming, gambling and similar.
Watching videos is a powerful tool to influence kids and it should influence our kids only in positive way. IF THE BAD VANISHES THEIR WILL BE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR THE GOOD TO GROW MORE

Respected Prime Minister ji, I would like to share a concern that many families face during marital disputes. When such matters reach the courts, Section 125 CrPC already provides a way for a wife to seek maintenance. However, financial relief is also claimed under other laws like the Domestic Violence Act and Section 498A. Because of this overlap, cases that should focus on finding the truth about alleged cruelty or violence often become centered mainly on money, leading to stress, long delays, and pressure on entire families. I humbly request the Government to consider a reform where, if maintenance is already sought under Section 125 CrPC, no separate maintenance provision is available under other laws. This would bring clarity, reduce repeated claims, help courts focus on facts and justice, and still protect women who genuinely need support.

Respected Prime Minister ji, I want to speak from the heart about a problem many common families are facing today. When a marriage dispute reaches the court, Section 125 CrPC already exists for a wife’s maintenance. But even then, money is again demanded under laws like the Domestic Violence Act and Section 498A. Slowly, cases meant to find the truth about violence or cruelty turn only into arguments about money. In this process, many men and their families suffer due to false cases, as everything keeps going around financial demands. The real issues get lost, cases drag on for years, and families lose peace, savings, and dignity. I request the Government to please think about one clear and fair law for maintenance, so truth comes out, justice is faster, families are saved, and women who truly need help continue to get protection.
