Hon. Prime Minister Sir, I am Vijaykumar Shinde. I am Professional Artist, Proprietor at Vighnharta Art. I started sketching and painting as a hobby when I was in school. I always wanted to make it my full-time career, but I wasn’t completely sure of myself and took a stream that was way too different from my actual passion and I started working as a Mechanical Engineer. In the year 2017, I again made my track on the pathway of my hobby. I used to draw sketches, paintings in my free time for my friends and family. But finally, in the year 2019, I took a leap of faith in myself as I started my own online firm. I participated in many exhibitions and art contests online and offline to show my skills to the world, and today, I have been called a self-taught artist and nothing feels greater than following my passion completely! Sir, I feel that Pakistan is collapsing or disintegrating in the next 10 to 15 years. This in turn will create a migrant population who would try to come to India - I presume 4 Cr out of 23 Cr would come as refugee. This is a very high number which India wont be able to sustain. My solution to this is that we should start building a wall on the borders, like the wall between USA and Mexico. I feel the time is very less and this should be done at a war footing.
