I started a IT & Digital Printing Company in 2019 with name of Ekennis Software Service Limited with purpose that I will make Women Empower . We are first India MSME Company which was OPC company and in less than 3 years listed in Bombay Stock Exchange and all directors are Women Only . Our Stock Price are rocking even when economy is down . I trained , educated & Placed them BIG Companies so they can be independent . I spent day and night with women and ensured that 100 women are trained on IT Software and earn independent . To raise funds, we were connected with India SME Platform . I want you to publish this story via you so many women can connect and empower in future

this summer, in memory of vivekananda vision of developing the nation with young minds. why can't PM choose 100 government employee working in various departments and provide them with system improvement in there work place. implement them and March forward to next 100 departments. to have a trickle down effect on other areas too. small change makes big difference.

आदरणीय मोदी जी, नमस्ते, आपने देशवासियों के लिए बहुत काम किए परन्तु मैं ऐसे विषय पर आपका ध्यानाकर्षण करना चाहती हूं जोकि बेहद महत्वपूर्ण है. हमारे देश में अनेक बुजुर्ग ऐसे हैं जिन्हें बेघर कर दिया गया है और जिन्हें कोई आश्रय भी नहीं मिल पाया. आप एक बार सिर्फ किसी भी मेट्रो स्टेशन के पास या किसी रैन बसेरे के पास जाकर देखिए उनके हालात कितने गंभीर हैं, वृद्धाओं के साथ तो रात्रि में दुष्कर्म की भी आशंका होती है. आपने जनता की भलाई हेतु अनेक कार्य किए हैं लेकिन उपर्युक्त मुद्दे पर भी अगर आप ध्यान दें तो अनेक बुजुर्गों के दिन फिर जाएंगे. जिन्होंने अपने माता पिता को उस हाल में धकेला है उनकी मति तो सुधारी नहीं जा सकती परंतु अगर आप उन बुजुर्गों के वास्ते कुछ ठोस उपाय कर दें तो देश के तमाम बुजुर्ग भी सिर उठा के जी सकेंगे. सादर आभार शैलबाला कुमारी विकास नगर, नयीदिल्ली

This is with reference to Prime Minister sir's Mann Ki Baat and also the fact that we are celebrating Azadi ka Mahotsav, I would like to bring to your notice that I have written a book titled Bharat - Gulami Se Azadi Tak which was published in September last year. This is my second book. The book is a set of short poems in Hindi wherein I had made a list of major 30 events that have happened in Modern Indian History from 1857 till 1947 and written a short poem on each of the events mentioning where, when and why it happened and important people associated with that event. It is also to help students appearing for any competitive exam who might find it difficult to revise Modern Indian History in a short time, might take reference from my book and revise the same. If it helps even a few people then I'll think that I have succeeded in my work.

Dear Sir, Since you know what a women faces when she is subjected to financial burdens of the family with all the other challenges she tackels in the life. I just need to ask u if there is some loan that can be sanctioned on the presentation of bills that she has purchased for material for her business. Since we are middle class and for doing any business we need to purchase stock. The problem is that when we do so we have to make payments to the whole seller . Now if I get a support from banks on production of bill for a short term may be 3 months, this time would be sufficient to repay the amount to the bank. The interest charges should be low so that we can promote more women to start small businesses. This way we will generate more business and will not waste our time and talent just because we don't have financial base.. Bank loans procedures are difficult and much paperwork is required. Which makes it difficult for many women to start although they are deserving

Various States & UTs having quite a few small ponds streams Wells which are existing in & around the dwelling units. These ponds streams Wells are mainly filled in rainy season & completely drains out in summer season. These small ponds streams Wells flows excess water into nearby dwelling units in slope areas and cause problems to the residents. Further water in these ponds streams Wells causing seasonal deceases Dengue Malaria Chicken Guinea etc to the residents . These small ponds streams Wells are not of much use to the local municipalities corporations gram panchayats . These ponds streams Wells can be completely closed down and can be converted into residential localities Integrated markets Govt Schools Govt Offices Climate Compliant MSME units etc. Governments & UTs can identify all of such small streams ponds Wells & obtain consent of the state & UT assemblies for conversion into productive purposes.
