You can ask people of this country to put atleast 1 such kind of plants on the rooftops of Buildings in which they live. Apart from this, you can even ask people of this country to put such type of plants in their home balcony or gallery. Also, this thing needs to be done by each and every household and other business places and Government buildings and not just 2-3 persons individually. I wrote this because I know that only if you speak to people of this country about this trick, then they'll surely implement it just like they did it with their steel thalis during Corona.

Hon'ble PM Sir, After abrogation of Article 370, BJ didn't get sufficient seats in DDC Election. Which given a message to the opposition and terrorist groups sitting in Pakistan that Kashmiri leadership is still in majority. It happened due to mistake at the behest of Bureaucracy in J&K, who involved in framing the Panchayati Raj Act (PRI) and did not include Reservation to OBCs while amended PRA during Sept 2020. Top most BJP leaters in J&K also not given due attention when approached by the Chairman West Pakistani Hindu Refugee Front, J&K. So my urge to Honble PM that reservation to OBCs in PRIs may also be announced as and when OBC reservation at par with other States announced for J&K. Though as learnt from BJP rally held at Jammu on 6 March that around 14% reservation will be announced by Modi Govt very soon but no mention of reservation in PRIs. RBA reservation should be abolished as become unconstitutional after abrogation of Article 370 and 27% reservaation be given to OBCs

Sir, please ask groups of youngsters to adopt backward villages and work for their development. They can spread education, cleanliness drives, popularize government schemes. The forgotten heritage sites of such villages can be revived and tourism can be boosted. The locals can be trained to become guides of such heritage sites and handicrafts/savories of these areas can be marketed by the people with the help of these youngsters who have adopted the village.

Sir, please ask eminent sports persons to adopt remote/backward villages and encourage sports in these areas. These sportspersons can guide/coach budding sports enthusiasts in these villages who are otherwise deprived of sports. Lots of talent is hidden in rural/backward/tribal areas which need to be tapped. If we start coaching them from now itself, they will be ready to participate in future/upcoming Olympics.
