Kindly simplify the procedure for removing High Court and Supreme Court judges and create the post of Ombudsman in every state to deal with corruption in High Courts and grievance against corrupt judges of High Court. Appointment and removal of high court and supreme court judges should be smooth, transparent and expeditious. Bhai-bhatijaawaad and Bhratachaar should be removed totally from High court and supreme court. At present there is no entrance or eligibility exam for appointment of HC and SC judges whereas for every service including subordinate judiciary and for IAS/IPS, etc. there is examination. Similarly, there must be examination for appointment of HC and SC judges who decide the appeals against judgements passed by subordinate courts. Collegium system of ' judges appointing judges' must be done away for bringing better, meritorious judges at the top level. All India Judicial Service should be made applicable from judicial magistrates/ Civil judge Jr. Division entry level.
