2. National youth skills day in celebrating in jul month. Since our youngsters are more and Amrit kaal time we have to focus on youth skills. Many youngsters will get job or create job. So that many people will come out from poverty. It is good for all. Youngsters should raise their bar, follow discipline, taking care health , living happily , responsible etc.

Can the PMO and respective department create an Anti Corruption App where the common man can login and pass on the information. Also, appoint some Ethical Groups/Committees with representations from all sections of Society. As we are aware, avoiding corruption requires a multi-faceted approach involving strong governance, transparency, citizen participation, robust anti-corruption measures, and a commitment to ethical leadership. Key strategies include establishing codes of conduct, managing conflicts of interest, promoting open government, implementing effective human resources management, and fostering a culture of accountability and integrity within organizations and public institutions.

Once I travelled in Kingfisher a smaller aircraft from Hyderabad to Vizag. The aircraft had a public announcement system with LCD display screen. One of the LCD display screen had a problem. When all LCD screens are closed (folded) this one gets open and when all the LCD screens are open this gets closed (folded). I understand it is a PLC security control issue. PLC password shall never be shared with operations crew also we must ensure OEM passwords must be changed if the system has access to internet. In industries automation PLC password is under the control of maintenance head or in some cases it is with operations head. If the operation's crew wants to make changes to the design parameter, then they usually follow management of change procedure (MOC) to make changes.
