Respected Prime Minister Sir. This is to update that I am continuing my efforts towards ensuring better mental health for people around me. Recently, I conducted a workshop on mental health for the teen age students in one of the high schools in Guwahati, Assam. Around 100 students participated in the workshop. Introduced Pranayama and Meditation to them. It was an amazing experience and the enthusiasm of the students was unbelievable. There was an immediate joy and visible stress relief of the students. They found it very effective. The major benefit is if a child adopts the meditation in her/his routine, the message goes to the entire family and the family gets benefitted. If the entire society becomes mentally healthy then the whole world will become a better place to live.
I will upscale it to more schools and will continue to follow up with the participants for any guidance. Request to kindly mention it in your Mann Ki Baat if you find it useful. Yours sincerely Rajat Pati

there should be fixed salary in all private and public companies for all staff and no other benefits. except some category of jobs where car, bungalow, etc to be allowed. so that able entrepreneurs would start business and able to give Jobs.

Respected PM sir..
There are a lot of Chinese loan applications on the Play Store, which take advantage of the compulsion of the people and trap them in the debt trap for 7 days and after that start Harrassing them. No one is helping them and no one is paying any attention towards it. A lot of Chinese apps have been banned in the past but there is no loan app in it. Many complaints have been lodged in this matter but no solution has been found for this problem, due to which many people have lost their lives and this process is going on. These people are openly flouting the guidelines of RBI and CYBER CRIME. People's personal data is being misused. So I would request you to take some legal steps in this matter.

Hon PrimeMinister & Hon External Affairs Minister
The migrant workers from southern states to Singapore annually make up anywhere between 300K to 500K (at peak)
They form the labour backbone of Singapore in construction , offshore & marine industries.
An average remittance annually from this workforce to India is between 3-4 Bn in turn supporting a population of over a million back home.
The conditions of living accomodation and transportation to work are worse than anything humanly acceptable.
Worse off than the pigeon cages of Hong Kong.
Why not the MEA / MEA nominated Indian corporate houses lease blocks of HDBs in Singapore and accomodate the work force , with rules of occupancy set by the Singapore HDB
A direct impact on these workers and their indirect beneficiaries in the southern states can be made and that’s a paltry expense
vs the inward remittance flow of forex they bring and the spending power back home.

Please don’t make higher education institutes a factory for giving the degree. The ugc mandate on providing online degree will increase a divide between the knowledge and employability of a regular student from a good institution and all the other students

Pleas revoke ugc decision on online degrees. The higher education is already suffering due to lack of trained staff. And lack of seriousness towards education
