MoHUA has launched various programs such as the Smart City Mission (SCM) to tackle the urban issues of the nation. SCM is an urban regeneration and modernization program of the government with the mission to develop cities across the country. The Ease of Living Index is one of its initiatives that is quantified across three pillars: quality of life, economic ability, and sustainability. The fourth pillar i.e. Citizen Perception Survey assesses the sense of people's outlook on their respective cities and validates the analysis performed on the previous three pillars. This survey would allow us to comprehend citizens' perceptions on quality of life in their cities. Quality Council of India (QCI) believes there is no better platform to reach the target audience than "PM's Mann ki Baat" to inform Indian citizens about the need for active participation. Quality Council Of India (QCI) कृपया इस पर संपर्क करे - support.uof@qcin.org

Honourable Prime Minister of India, The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), Government of India (GOI) has launched varied initiatives such as the Smart City Mission (SCM) to tackle the urban issues of the nation. The National Smart Cities Mission is an urban regeneration and modernization program of the GOI with the mission to develop cities across the country to ensure sustainability and improve standards of living. In order to measure the quality of life of cities across India, SCM has undertaken initiatives to populate the data bank for Indices such as the Ease of Living Index (EoLI), Municipal Performance Index (MPI), Climate Smart Cities Assessment Framework (CSCAF), and Data Maturity Assessment Framework (DMAF) which are now part of Urban Outcomes Framework, 2022 (UOF). The framework aims to facilitate the process of achieving sustainable development goals and socio-economic progress by making data available on the crucial issues pertaining to development.

Dear sir , 1st I would like to praise for this long continued and very appreciated initiative "Mann Ki Baat " program . And now I am placing my point and if there will any mistake please forgive with explaining proper evidence . My objection is based on pension for MPs and MLAs . All the MLAs and MPs are our representatives and they are there because to table ours point on either parliament or Legislative .Then why there are pension system for them ? And if One becomes MLA and later MP he/she is getting pension of both the side . Similarly if one is getting representative for single day then he/she also gets pension . Sir If one person is not getting seat for the next tenure or a serious criminal allegations against him/her or nepotism in politics then we the taxpayer will pay our tax for them why . My point is not limited for concerning about pension to them but in so many ither areas Like elections , like policy implementation and so on ,will suggest later . Thanks
