Dear PM. I would like to state 2-3 points which has potential to benefit both people and Govt with regards to Income Tax 1. Like Corporates have Loyalty Points, similarly Govt can reward regular Income tax payers with benefits in Govt Services Like healthcare, Jan Aushadhi centers, to name few 2. A card using, for which separate SOP and handling (example-separate queue for taxpayers in Govt hospitals), will bring a behavioral change. Income tax payer in India does not have any Social benefits.

TThe removal Dividend Distribution Tax (DDT) has been a big loss to middle class and lower income group as they have to pay tax on dividends. The companies have done better in their performance and have still declared same or less dividends/share compared to before the abolition of DDT Filling Form15G/Form15H to avoid TDS on dividends is a headache for low income group & senior citizens Govt also loses Rs 25000 crores because of abolition of DDT Please Reintroduce DDT & help low income Group

Hon’ble P.M. - being an old Congressman from the Time of Late Shri. Lal Bahadur Shastri, I am afraid India can never compete with its neighbours, particularly China, complying present Constitutional Provisions, which requires changes Electoral Time should be 10 years with 5 years duration to Majority Party and remaining 5 years with proportional representation of all Elected irrespective of any Party. Regards,
