I am a senior citizen from Kerala aged 84 years. I am a doctor by profession, retired from Kerala Health services as Additional director. I am a swimmer since childhood and winning medals in State level Masters competitions. I have travelled across 7 continents covering more than 60 countries, In December 2025 after my 84th Birthday I went for Antarctica Expedition with Albetros, a Portugese company. I could cross the Antarctic Circle and do Polar Plunge (Dive into the Atlantic Oceon with 0 degree Celcius water temparature. I have got the certificates as proof of my achievement. I understand that no Indian of my age has done that feat before. This could be an inspiration to those who love adventure irrespective of the age.

MANIFESTO OF THE WATCHER YOU ARE NOT THE FLAME THAT FLICKERS, NOR THE SMOKE THAT CURLS AND FADES. YOU ARE THE HEARTH ITSELF, SILENT, STEADY, ETERNAL. DESIRES ARRIVE LIKE TRAVELERS AT A STATION, THEY BOARD, THEY DEPART, BUT THE STATION REMAINS. YOU ARE THAT STATION-VAST, UNMOVED, UNBROKEN. REMAIN THE WATCHER. LET THE TIDES OF LONGING RISE AND FALL, LET THE WINDS OF CRAVING HOWL AND HUSH. YOU ARE THE OCEAN, THEY ARE BUT WAVES. DO NOT MISTAKE THE PASSING FOR THE PERMANENT. DO NOT CONFUSE THE ECHO FOR THE SOURCE. YOU ARE THE WITNESS, THE SKY IN WHICH CLOUDS GATHER AND DISSOLVE. THIS IS THE VOW OF FREEDOM: TO STAND AS THE WATCHER, TO KNOW THE SELF BEYOND DESIRE, TO LIVE AS THE SANCTUARY UNTOUCHED BY CRAVING. REMAIN THE WATCHER. REMAIN THE ETERNAL. REMAIN THE SELF.

Most Necessary Tariffs to prevent Digital Disaster Technology is like a weapon. It should be used only as much as necessary, but if it is used more than necessary, it will destroy our lives. In India phone calls are almost free. Data charges are also very low. So now people are always on the phone, spending many hours a day on social media watching reels, browsing the net, downloading songs and movies. As a result, smart phone is no longer a necessity but a time pass affair and it has become an addiction. So much of time is wasted due to misuse of smart phones. Swachh Bharat Tax should be imposed on usage of calls and data. We have to start with a tax of one paisa per second for every call (both incoming and outgoing) and one rupee per MB of data. Only then, people will use smart phones as long as and as much as necessary.

RESPECTED PM MODIJI, I AM SHARING MY VIEW ON PROMOTION POLICY IN INDIAN RAILWAY. SIR, IN OUR RAILWAY GOODS GUARDS R RECRUITED IN 3 TYPES WAYS.01- THROUGH RAILWAY RECRUITMENT BOARD,02- LDC, 03- GDC,, & ON SAME WAYS STATION MASTERS R ALSO RECRUITED,, NOW DAYS NO ASSISTANT STATION MASTER CADRE IS THERE & NO ASSISTANT GUARD OR TRAIN MANAGER IS THERE. EARLIER GD & STN MASTER R HAVING SAME GRADE PAY OF 2800/- BUT IN 2018 STN MASTERS LOBBYING THROUGH THERE UNION OF STN MASTERS ASSOCIATION R ABLE TO GET 4200/- GRADE PAY FOR THEIR CADRE & THEN SUCCESSIVE G.P. OF 4600,4800&5400/- BUT GUARD/TRAIN MANAGER CADRE DO NOT GET EVEN MACP i.e. MINIMUM ASSURED CAREER PROGRESSION WHICH IS FRAMED BY GOVT OF INDIA FOR ALL CENTRAL GOVT EMPLOYEES WHOSE CAREER GET STAGNANT. SAME WAY LOCO PILOTS R ALSO GETTING MACP & SAFETY ALLOWANCE BUT GOODS TRAIN MANAGERS DO NOT GET & ALSO ASSISTANT LOCO PILOTS ALSO DO NOT. SIR LIFE IS VERY PRECIOUS & SAFETY ALSO. WHY IS SUCH DISCRIMINATION HAPPENING IN OUR RAILWAY SYSTEM???

I have a Suggestion that Kindly, Merge All the State Corporative Banks, District Central Corporative Banks, Schedule Urban Corporative Banks & Non - Schedule Urban Corporative Banks & make a Single Entity. From this we can Boost the Small Banks & Make a Large Corporative Bank. From this Bank are to be Strong.

Respected Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, I humbly request you to kindly consider this suggestion in the interest of public convenience and regional development. Ayodhya (Uttar Pradesh) and Ramnagar, Uttarakhand (gateway to Jim Corbett National Park) are major religious and tourist destinations, yet there is no direct rail connectivity between them. Residents of Kashipur, Uttarakhand often have to travel about 60 km to Moradabad to catch trains to Lucknow, causing significant inconvenience. A direct train from Ayodhya to Ramnagar with halts at Lucknow and Kashipur would greatly improve public convenience, support pilgrimage and tourism, and strengthen regional connectivity.
