Absolutely! It’s definitely a path that can lead to more self-reliance and innovation in the long run. If we focus on building and supporting local tech, it could really transform the landscape of the industry here.

Sure! It’s a great idea. If we develop our own apps and technologies locally, it would reduce our dependence on foreign companies like Google and boost our own innovation. This would also strengthen our country’s technology ecosystem and benefit various sectors overall.

Respected Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi sir, I respectfully wish to draw attention to the increasing misuse of legal provisions and administrative authority. While laws protecting women are essential, there are growing instances of false or unverified complaints being used to harass individuals, including attempts to force people out of their own property without evidence. In some cases, complaints are acted upon without proper scrutiny, leading to mental distress, loss of dignity, and violation of natural justice. Presuming guilt without proof weakens public trust and also affects genuine cases. I humbly request stronger safeguards to ensure evidence-based action, impartial investigation, and accountability for misuse, so justice remains fair and balanced for all citizens. Yours respectfully,

People-Weighted Lawmaking is a proposal to strengthen Indian democracy by formally integrating public opinion into the legislative process using India’s digital infrastructure. While India follows a representative democracy, there are instances where laws do not fully reflect public interest. With Aadhaar and Digital India, citizens can now participate securely and at scale. In this model, Public Interest Bills may be opened for direct public voting for a defined period. If participation and majority thresholds are met, the outcome is recorded as a People’s Mandate and assigned a fixed legislative weight (e.g 40%), with the remaining weight held by elected representatives. Parliament retains debate and authority, but overwhelming public will cannot be ignored. This hybrid approach complements representative democracy, raises accountability, reduces influence of vested interests, and enables participatory governance. It can be especially impactful for issues like anti-corruption.
