Government should refrain from any disinvestment of the govt. organisation. Govt. policy should be more of helping unpriveleged ones iresspective that firm is in profit or not. But, private firms has to run in profit. Their are rarely private organisations who take time to do charity. If govt. organisation too will start running after money then poors will have no support.

Apart from my official language work, I also look after the work of contact workers and apprentices of the Human Resources Department. I ensure full compliance of statutory compliances of all contact workers such as salary, EPF, ESIC, bonus from the contractors. And till now I have arranged for free treatment of contract workers and their dependents. I have even arranged for facilities like ventilators in panel hospitals for the dependents of my contract workers. Sir, my suggestion is that this old rule of Inspector Raj should be improved. The Contact Worker Act 1948 should be reviewed. Rules should be made according to today's need. The New Labor Code should be implemented as soon as possible. Central PSUs remain stuck between the state and the center, like Director Factory, Safety, are of the state.
