महोदय आपसे अपील है कि आपके द्वारा एक शिकायत पोर्टल बनाया गया है जिसका नाम CPGRAMS है महोदय पोर्टल काफी अच्छा है लेकिन महोदय उसमें जांच निष्पक्ष नहीं होती हैं क्योंकि महोदय उस पोर्टल पर शिकायत डालें तो वह उसी विभाग के किसी अधिकारी या कर्मचारी को पहुंच जाती है जिस विभाग की शिकायत की थी और उसी शिकायत की जांच उसी विभाग का अधिकारी या कर्मचारी निष्पक्ष तरीके से नहीं करता है क्योंकि किसी भी अधिकारी या कर्मचारी के लिए उसका विभाग ही सब कुछ होता है अतः महोदय इससे निष्कर्ष यह निकलता है कि जांच निष्पक्ष नहीं होती है तो शिकायतकर्ता को मायूस होने की सिवाय कुछ हाथ नहीं लगता है इसलिए महोदय आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि आप इस विषय पर विचार करने का कष्ट करें और दूसरी बात महोदय मुझे आपसे मिलने के लिए अपॉइंटमेंट लेना है कृपया कर मुझे अपॉइंटमेंट दिलवाने की कृपा करें

India needs more skilled workforce for the country. Do some good policy for that. Also, Employment is bigger problem, so make focus on new business creation. Do some good incentives or policy about new business creation in the country. I also want to highlight related to private companies that their policies are working more on hiring and firing policy. It creates mental stress for the employees. Employees are having their family, house loan, car loan and so on. So, job is very crucial for the employees. That will impact the mental health of people of our country. For giving 12 lakhs tax benefits, it is very good initiative of govt.

Respected Governement of India & PM & Minstery of Defence it is necessary for India to develop Invisible shield fabric & Gadgets for future warfare in battleground for Air Superiority & Sea fleet reason being many advance countries like China and Canada has developed invisible shield and fabric for there Armed forces & Army vehicles so that it can help Army men to get Upper hand while fighting with enemy; hence I request to form organisation comprising scientists  from DRDO, IIT; ISRO and BARC to work on Invisible Shield project and develop in house fabric & camouflage colour changing fabric which match surrounding.
